Beekman Mansion was built in 1925 on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the East River at the end of fabled Beekman Place. Many wonderful neighborhood restaurants and shops are minutes away, as is Peter Detmold Park. The mail is hand-delivered every day by a white-glove staff, and pets and pied-a-terres are allowed.
