Laith Maali

Professional Background

Laith Maali, M.D., earned his medical degree from the Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2010. He completed a residency in neurology at the University of New Mexico, then completed a vascular neurology fellowship in the Department of Neurology at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta University.

Dr. Maali joined the faculty of the University of Kansas Medical Center in July 2017, where his specialties are neurology and vascular neurology. His clinical practice focuses on ischemic stroke, carotid disease and other cerebrovascular diseases. He is board certified in neurology and vascular neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
